Liliana Colombero, MD

Dr. Liliana Colombero was born in Argentina, where she obtained her Medical degree with honors. She pursued then her post-graduate studies in Obstetrics and Gynecology in New York, USA at the Astoria Medical Hospital-Mount Sinai Medical Center, New York Hospital and New York Methodist Hospital – Cornell University, where besides her specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology, she underwent a fellowship in Infertility and Reproductive Endocrinology.

During her stay in the United States she was trained by some of the most prominent physicians in the fields of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Endoscopic surgery, Reproductive Endocrinology and In-vitro fertilization. She had also a very active research work, which she presented at numerous international congresses and published in many of the world’s most prestigious medical journals.

Dr. Colombero has been working as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist in Greece since 2002, in private practice both at her own clinic and at some of Athens’ best private Hospitals. She belongs to many Greek and international scientific societies and participates regularly in congresses and other continuous medical education activities.

She speaks fluently four languages: Spanish, English, Greek and French, and has some basic knowledge of Italian and Portuguese.

Due to her international background, women and couples from all over the world visit her clinic. She works in close collaboration with many embassies in Greece and is Accredited Medical advisor of the French Embassy in Athens. She is married and a mother of four children.
